Considerations: document content and complexity, format and style requirements
Notary Public
Rate basis: per document
Considerations: number of signatures, travel, authentication or apostille requirements
Combined Services
Combined services are quoted as a total package.
Discounts
All services: Discounts are accorded for volume jobs.
Translation
services: Discounts
are accorded for similar documents; for example, two birth certificates
from the same vital records office or two academic transcripts
from the same institution.
Surcharges
An additional charge is levied for rush jobs and multiple copies of the output document.
